Deploy Package from K2 Version 4.7 to K2 Five

Hello

I have question 

I try to install K2 Five on UAT Server for Test , I would like Deploy Worklfow , SMO, View ,Form from Dev server that Version 4.7 to K2 Five

How to tranfer? I can't Deploy Packgage form 4.7 to 5.1

 

Please Advise me

I would strongly recommend doing the upgrade path from DEV -> UAT -> PROD and not upgrade UAT first. I hope it isn't too late to change your plan. if it is too late and UAT has already been upgraded, I'm afraid you'll need to ugprade DEV to build a package there that can be deployed to UAT.

Hello,

 

you can't deply the 4.7 Package to k2 5.  what can you do .

 

1. Create a new server for migration or Upgrade the existting server.

2. Upgrade the server k2 5.1/5.0

3. Create the Package

4. Then move to k2 5 other server

 

there may  or may not be issue in deployment try fixing those and then deploy.
