Subject: FW: New task

Content:

Hi User B,

You've been forwarded a Task: Open Task

To action your task via e-mail, reply with one of the following words:

You may also reply with on of the standard action words:

  • Redirect
  • Delegate
  • Sleep

How can i custome the subject and the contect for this email?

Thank you.

Hi,

There is an existing feature request to customize content of out of office email template. I would highly recommend up voting it, this will help Product Management team to prioritize it in the future.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

If need to wait for the feature request, i believe it will take some time.

Is there a way to disable the email notification? Mean user still can configure the out of office, but no email notification send.

So user B only need to action on the form from the task list.

Thank you.

Hi all,

Since the email not able to be customize, we decided to disable the out of office email notification.

Delegated user have to act on the form from the task worklist.
