Custom API not working after the update

Hi

I have custom API which is giving an error after applying following changes.

  1. CU Update
  2. TLS 1.2 , registry update as per KB
  3. Ran setup manager with default values to update exchange mail server details

I did not create the API. Would any one please advise me on this.

My guess is the TLS 1.2 change from the K2 server according to your steps. Maybe, your API/web service (another box) will need to implement TLS 1.2. Perhaps, you can build a simple console app and test the service to confirm that.
