Hi I’d like to know what would be the impact if a user’s login name is changed.
Are there any known issues the user would experience in K2 after a login name change?
Would the user still see be able to see his tasks?
What are the steps to be taken into consideration before and after a login name change?
Hi anitajoseph,
K2 might see the new login name as a new user in K2. You can try setting the out-of-office on the user (old name), this way the new user can see/action all the tasks on behalf of the old name. If any forms/views are check-out on his or her behalf (K2 Designer), then those forms/views must be check-in under the old account name.
