Hi everyone ,

which type of service instance used to  allows you to configure which lists and libraries to expose as SmartObjects to interact with SharePoint items, such as list items, documents, folders, and list item attachments. Also used to read user information such as user details, colleagues, peers, managers, and direct reports.

I need to create smart object from SharePoint list or library . please check the attached25424i9AB2885EF561D078.png

The correct approach to generate the SmartObjects is through the K2 for SharePoint app by appify-ing the SharePoint list or library rather than manually creating the service instance which is not supported.

You would need to deploy the K2 for SharePoint app to the SharePoint App Catalog and activate it with your SharePoint site collections before you are able to generate the artifacts (SmartObjects, workflows, forms). Please refer to the below documentation:

thank you Kimberlyl,

but I see another solution used  "Sharepoint Service V2" but it is doesn't exit in my environment.

how I can install it.

That service type was for SharePoint 2010 and is deprecated .  Kimberly's approach is the recommended one for Five.  Here is the list of service types with a section for older ones that are deprecated:  https://help.nintex.com/en-us/k2five/userguide/5.5/default.htm#/servicebrokers/service-types.htm

You can connect to multiple identical SharePoint lists in Five:
