Issue Description
When you are using LDAP, a user’s primary group is removed when the user containers are resolved if there are multiple objects with the same identifier returned (ex. Contact User). But added back when the group members are resolved.
Consideration
When the fix has been applied the user’s containers needs to expire before the fix will resolve the problem.
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- K2 Five (5.4) Fix Pack 53.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
