K2 Cloud Workflow Start event - when workflow is in error

Hello Team ,

 

We are facing an issue with workflow new start event which is ‘Starts when any workflow Errors’ .

We are using K2 cloud and had setup this condition on one of the workflow to maintain error logging.

The issue is sometimes this event stop working suddenly with no error.

Does anyone face the same issue or any workaround highly appreciated .

I found an issue where in our Dev environment (where I created this workflow) it seems to be fine but after I deployed it to our prod environment it did not work. What I did to fix it was to open it in designer in our Prod env. and Deploy it from there. I’m not sure if this will help in your case but I thought this was weird behavior as well.
