Please check with latest K2 Cloud update 7 and current features k2 cloud for the following K2 customizations ,

K2 CUSTOMIZATIONS
The following customizations are not currently available within K2 Cloud:
• Custom K2 SmartForm Controls
• Custom K2 SmartForm Themes
• Custom K2 SmartObject Service Brokers
• Custom User Managers
• Custom Inline Functions
• Custom code

Therefore since k2 SmartForm controls are not available in the latest update 7, it simply means K2 Cloud it's not drag and drop Compatible.
