Symptoms
1. When we use a smart action, e.g delegate and put the task recipient in copy field, task is routed to AAD:username instead of K2:username. This makes users not to get their task.
Diagnoses
A proposed fix was provided for the 4.6.11 environment to resolve this issue.
The fix allows you to configure 3 new Attributes that gets added to the hostserver.exe.config
Resolution
The below attributes were added:
useDefaultSecurityLabel
useSpecificSecurityLabels
specificSecurityLabels
SAMPLE:
This allowed the correct security label to be used and if multiple labels are used you can specify the order to follow.
