Symptoms
Upgrading Dev Environment to 4.7 from 4.6.11
But I get stuck at the "Activate the App" , it still shows "Working on it" for hours.
Diagnoses
Unable to proceed to App Activation Page in K2 4.7.
After clicking on "Manage App Activations" on the App Catalog, it indefinitely loads displaying "Working on it..." message
We opened browser developer tools/console and found the following error:
SCRIPT5022: Sys.ParameterCountException Parameter count mismatch.

a proposed codefix is available for this error, the proposed codefix was provided to the client and resolved their issue
