Unable to install 2nd application VM for production cluster in Azure

 

Symptoms

The following error is displayed in the K2 Server Setup Manager when attempting to install a second node on an SQL Azure environment:

The SQL Server database configuration test failed as user has insufficient privileges: User does not have Security Administration rights
