Unable to access Designer - Error message "An item with the same key has already been added."

Symptoms


Context: Unable to access Designer

Symptom: The whole Designer is unavalaible with an error message :
- "Server Error"
- "An item with the same key has already been added"
 

Diagnoses


According to the customer: a SmartForm appeared in both Form et Form_Design tables.

=> Probably a save was done on a SmartForm but check in was not ?
 

Resolution

- K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update can be installed (see https://help.k2.com/kb001811),
- Customer actually found a workaround by running an SQL procedure (might be kind of such a procedure (not confirmed with the customer): https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/K2smartforms/UserGuide/4.7/default.htm#How_Tos/Roll_back_to_a_Deleted_or_Previous_Version_of_a_View_or_Form/RollBackToDeletedVersOfViewOrForm.htm?Highlight=Form_Design).
