Symptoms
When attempting to load the K2 blackpearl app, the following error is thrown:
This page can't be displayed.
* Make sure that the web address http://apps-{randomstring}.devapps.dev.k2.local is correct
* Look for the page with your search engine
* Refresh the page in a few minutes
Diagnoses
Using a loopback address (127.0.0.1 spwfe) allowed the K2 app to load successfully. It was determined that the CName alias for the app domain was sending traffic to a decommissioned server.
Resolution
After updating this in DNS and allowing it time to propagate, we were able to load the K2 blackpearl app without any issues.
