Symptoms
Is it possible to change the task action notification mail sender for a specific workflow? If so can you tell us how?
We don't want to change it globally.
Diagnoses
You will need to do the following for this process to have a different sender email:
1). Go to K2 workspace > Management Console > yourServer:5555 > Workflow Server > Processes > YourProcess > String Tables (default)
Change the value of "From Address" to the email address you would like to see as the sender and save the changes.
Please note that the email address you use must have "send on behalf" permissions in Exchange in order to send mails on behalf of K2 Service account.
