Symptoms

Issue occurred after deploying a process to a list. After deploying the process only the administrator account could see the workflow/s tied to the list.

Diagnoses

This issue is an expected side effect of deploying a process. After deploying a process Groups that were originally allowed to see a workflow will be unable to do so until the administrator or account that deployed the workflow grants Share rights.

Resolution

This issue is resolved by accessing the workflow that has been "locked" and utilizing the Share option. Adding a group or specific users to this section will again allow them access to the workflow and have it visible on the artifacts page.

Additional info

When you deploy a workflow as a part of a P&D package by default only the person who did the deployment will see the workflow cause that user will be set as the workflow owner. Then to allow others to see it sharing is needed.
On the other hand, if you design a new workflow on the list and deploy via the Designer then K2 will automatically share the workflow with “Everyone”
Easiest to see if a workflow is shared is looking at the icon, if there will be a yellow arrow on the icon if its shared.
