Symptoms
Issue occurred where the following error was noted in the Event Viewer:
System.IO.IsolatedStorage.IsolatedStorageException: Unable to delete, directory not empty or does not exist.
at System.IO.IsolatedStorage.IsolatedStorageFile.DeleteDirectory(String dir)
at SourceCode.Forms.AppFramework.FileUtility.PurgeIsolatedFiles(TimeSpan purgeAge)

Resolution
SmartForms 4.6.11 rollup code fix was applied to the issue environment which fixed the issue.
