Diagnosis

On the environment where this occured, only new site collections, those which have not been activated, are getting this error.

Solution

    1.  From the K2 Server, open the SmartObject Service Tester as the K2 service account.

    1. Expand the SmartObject Explorer and go to System > SharePoint 2013 Integration.

    1. Select the SharePoint Integration Helper Methods SmartObject and choose the Activate Site Collection method.

    1. Provide the Site Collection URL.

    1. When it returns Success, re-run the Activation

Hi,

Currently i am working with a customer who have this issue and they hvae upgraded their environment from 4.7 to 5.2, and in 5.2 the above method now requires 2 parameters (Application Site URL and SiteURL).

What should be the value here? They are trying to activate the K2 for SP in a subsite.

Thanks.
