License shown expired in K2 management

Symptoms


We have just install our production servers of K2 Blackpearl and smartforms. We requested licenses keys for Blackpearl and smartforms. Both are permanent keys. However when we viewed the keys in K2 management license area, they both showing expired in 01/01/2007. Please see the imageshot in the attachment. Please help to correct them.

Resolution

You are seeing this information as the new K2 management site is exposing that information located in the K2 DB. There are no checks on that date for the license type you have, as it is not a subscription type. Your license type should not have expiration date.
This is a known bug and it will be addressed on a future release of the k2 management site.

If there are any questions about your license, your CAM is the best person to contact for that information.
