K2 Workdesk APP for ADFS Users
Diagnoses
We install the K2 Accelerator after the K2 installation. After that we config the security label ADFS. We change the Realms for K2 Runtime to use ADFS and we end with zero Administrators in the K2 Workdesk.
The K2 Workdesk is prepared to work with ADFS? How we can add the ADFS users as Administrators?
Resolution
Using workdesk administrator smartobject, we deleted all K2 label users via SmartObject Service Tester.
Then login to workdesk registration page.
After that the user was able to add ADFS label users with no issue.
