Symptoms
The upgrade from 4.6.11 to 4.7 failed with this error message.
Could not set FullControl on C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlK2 smartforms RuntimeContent for [RUNTIMEUSER].
The following exception occurred: System.Security.Principal.IdentityNotMappedException: Some or all identity references could not be translated.
Diagnoses
The user account was used to perform the upgrade. The account didn?t have all the permissions to complete the upgrade.
Resolution
1. Login to the server with corrected account (either Blackpearl server service account or installed account).
2. Run the installer as administrator and select repair K2 components to resolve the issue.
