Escalations do not fire, no errors in HostServer log
Diagnoses
Checking the Server.Async table, all escalations are listed - including ones that should have been executed and removed, with a ServerID of 0 (or a ServerID that does not exist in the Server.Server table)
Resolution
Remove the existing entries from the Server.Async table and restart the K2 service. Escalations should now be added with the correct ServerID and execute as expected.
