Symptoms
Customer upgraded to 4.6.9 and received an error when the K2 Server piece is being configured. Customer was able to successfully upgrade the K2 blackpearl and SmartForms/SF Control Pack components but not the SharePoint component. Errors from Installation below:

Diagnoses
The Forms/Views that were not checked out ended up not being the primary issue.
This Timer ControlType is a brand new control for 4.6.9 Smartforms – so this led us to believe that there was an issue when the SmartForms Control Pack was installed.
Resolution
The customer ran a Repair on the Control Pack from the installer and after this, performed a re-configuration of the K2 for SharePoint component and successfully got through the installation.
