Symptoms
Customer is getting the following error for all instances of his process:
24149 The User properties are not available when the plan option on the activity is set to "Plan Just Once"
Diagnoses
The error issue was caused by the event in the process trying to reference to ActivityInstanceDestUserName property while the Destination Rule is set to “Plan just once”. When the Destination for the activity is configured to use Plan just once, this property does not exist.
Resolution
For the error in the workflow issue, the destination rule will need to be set to use Plan per destination, then redeploy the process.
