"Could not load file or assembly" error when trying to open K2 Five workflows in Designer

Issue
When opening any workflows in K2 Five Designer, it displays the following error message:
Could not load file or assembly 'SourceCode.WebDesigner.Framework.SmartForms, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=16a2c5aaaa1b130d' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Symptoms
The 'SourceCode.WebDesigner.Framework.SmartForms' DLL is missing in the .NET 4 GAC.

Troubleshooting Steps
The missing DLL can be GAC using GACUtil or the SourceCode.Configuration.GAC.NET4.exe built-in tool. This tool is part of the installer Source files and installed files.
Instructions on the tool:
- Drag and drop your assembly on the "K2_installed_directorySetupSourceCode.Configuration.GAC.Net4.exe"SourceCode.Configuration.GAC.NET4.exe"
- Verify that the file is added to the GAC.
