SmartAction replies are no longer processed by the K2 serverSymptoms
The Host Server logs shows the following error:
"Error","MessageBus","61012","ConnectionError","ExchangeWebServicesOrigin","61012 Exception from message source <user account>: Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.AutodiscoverLocalException: The Autodiscover service couldn't be located.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Open the Connection String Editor tool (<Install Drive>:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlHost ServerBin).
2. For each Exchange Web Services connection string, update the 'Autodiscover' property to False and ensure that a valid EWS URL is specified in the 'URL' property.
3. Save the changes made and perform a restart of the K2 service.
