How to transfer ownerships and rights from one user to another.

Instructions

  1. Go to Admin > Users. The Manage Users page displays.
  2. Click the edit icon to the right of the user record you want to edit.
  3. In the Ownerships & Rights section, click Transfer to assign ownerships and rights to another user.
  4.  In the Update Ownership dialog box, select the required check box(es).
  5.  In the Transfer To field, type the first two characters and select the name from the drop-down list.
  6.  Click Transfer.

The ownerships and rights selected will be transferred to this new user and a new version of the process will be published. The changes are effective immediately.
