How to Import Processes from another Nintex Promapp Site
Instructions
- Ask a Promaster from the site that is sharing their Process with you to export the Process to XML & to send you the file
- Navigate to the Process Group in your own site where you wish the Process to live
- Right click on the group and select Import/Export > Import from XML
- Select Choose File and point it to the exported XML file
- Select the Import button
Additional Information
If either Nintex Promapp site doesn't have XML Import/Export options available a Promaster can change the option Enable process import/export to XML in Admin > Configure > Print, Import & Export to ON.

- Functionality is limited to Promasters only
- Documents & Linked Processes are replaced with place holders in the Process
- Correct Owners & Experts will need to be assigned to the Process
