The user is unable to select recipient "Lookup" when running a DocGen Package with an eSignature Delivery Option (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, OneSpan, Sertifi).
Instructions
This can occur for User Lookup & Contact Lookup Specified Signer Types.
Specified Signer Type: User Lookup
1. Navigate to User Profile
2. Select 'Object Settings'
3. Select 'Recipients' Object for DocGen
4. Assign 'Edit' Permission
5. Assign 'Read Access' to 'User'
6. This will allow the running user to have access to select a User from within Salesforce.
Specified Signer Type: Contact Lookup
1. Navigate to User Profile
2. Select 'Object Settings'
3. Select 'Recipients' Object for DocGen
4. Assign 'Edit' Permission
5. Assign 'Read Access' to 'Contact'
6. This will allow the running user to have access to select a Contact from within Salesforce.
