How to capitalize the value of a field tag in a Word Template.

 

Instructions

Solution #1
  1. In your Word document you'll need to create a Bookmark
    1. Click Ctrl F9 on your keyboard then follow the example below
    2. Ex: { SET "Link" "<<Opportunity_Name>>" }
  2. Next you'll need to create a Reference to the link with formatting
    1. Click Ctrl F9 on your keyboard then follow the example below
    2. Ex: { REF  Link * Upper }

Solution #2
  1. In Microsoft Word - in the Home tab in the Styles section, select the 2nd drop-down arrow and Create a Style
  2.  Name the Style something easily distinguishable, such as ALL CAPS, and then select Modify
  3. On the bottom left corner of the new window, select Format and then Font
  4. Adjust the font to match your desired look, and then check the checkbox for ALL CAPS, then select OK
  5. Highlight the tag you'd like to be in all caps and change the style to one created from above.
