Using an application form with a launch menu as a custom Workspace, causes some issues when refreshed. If used on Desktop, when the user navigates to another form or link via the menu, if they want to refresh the menu they will need to refresh the entire web page. If on Workspace mobile, they will need to sign out and sign back in again.
The Workspace Menus do not refresh unless the user completely refreshes the web page.
To resolve this, go to K2 Management.
Open Users > Custom Workspaces and click on your App
Edit and verify that "Use Cache" is unchecked.
Once this is unchecked your menu should refresh as expected when clicking on the Application name from the Workspace navigation bar.
