How to archive a document in Process Manager.

 

Instructions

  1. Check that the document is not linked to any processes:

    • Edit the document in the Document Library by selecting the edit pencil.

    • Expand the Processes section by selecting the + icon.

  2. If it is linked to Processes:

    • Edit the process.

    • Remove the document(s).

    • Publish the Process(es).

  3. Edit the document in the Document library by selecting the edit pencil.

  4. Select the rubbish bin icon to archive the document.

To delete the document from the Archive:

  1. Select the Documents menu.

  2. Select the Archived option.

  3. Search for the document you wish to delete.

  4. Select the rubbish bin icon to delete the document.
