All email notifications are not sending out

Issue

Email notifications are not being sent for all Client and Email Events.

Symptoms

  • No relevant errors were found in the host server and event viewer logs
  • There are no issues with the SMTP server as well.

 

Troubleshooting Steps

In the K2HostServer.exe.config file (<InstallDrive>:\Program Files (x86)\K2 blackpearl\Host Server\Bin), please ensure the following:

1. The value in self node is pointing to the correct account used for SmartActions.

2. The email address value in sendmailfrom belongs to the account specified above. Both values must match
