In the Nintex Mobile application (post August 2017 builds) it is now possible to generate diagnostic information in the form of a zip file which will help to troubleshoot issues with the application.
Instructions
1. Open the Nintex Mobile application
2. Navigate to the settings page by tapping the cog
3. Select the Diagnostics section
4. Use one of the export options to send the diagnostics file to Nintex Support.
