Have you submitted your nomination for the 2020 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards yet? If you haven’t – good news, we’re extending the nomination deadline to April 3rd to give you more time.

Nominations are open to any public or private sector organization that uses Nintex, whether that’s a single Nintex capability or a combination of capabilities including Nintex Promapp®, Nintex RPA®, Nintex Drawloop DocGen® for Salesforce, Sign powered by Adobe Sign, Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Mobile.

The nomination process is easy: We want to know who you are, what capabilities you’re using, how you’re using them, and why. You can download a copy of the nomination form to draft your nomination here.

Why should I enter?

The Nintex Solution Innovation Awards are your chance to be recognized for the impact you’ve made transformation the way people work with Nintex. Whether you are a Nintex customer or partner – you have reason to enter.

#1: Be publicly recognized for your Nintex skills

The Nintex Solution Innovation Awards celebrate the people behind an organization’s process management and automation success, and that means you.

Being named a 2020 Nintex Solution Innovation Award winner can demonstrate the impact of the work you’ve achieved leveraging Nintex and why your Nintex skills are critical to your organization. The awards recognition is an accolade to add to your resume, share on LinkedIn, and a designation very few Nintex users have achieved.

#2: Promote your success as a Nintex partner

What better way to promote your success as a partner, than by promoting the success of your customer/s? As we did last year, Nintex Partners involved in winning solution will be provided a press kit to celebrate and share the recognition.

Antares, HubCollab, Marquam and Protiviti were some of the Nintex Partners behind the success of 2019 Nintex Solution Innovation Award Winners. Those partners were recognized with a 2019 Nintex Partner Award for Business Transformation. This year we’ll announce the winners of the business transformation category of the 2020 Nintex Partner Awards, together with the Nintex Solution Innovation Awards.

#3: Be featured in a customer showcase video

Organization with tops nominations to the 2020 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards will be featured in a customer showcase video. There’s really no better way to celebrate all that you’ve achieved. We’ve already featured two Regional Transformation Leaders from the 2019 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards in a video – Auswide Bank and SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions.

Tips for your nomination

Here’s a summary of my top tips for writing a great nomination. Read my blog post to learn more.

Tip #1: Introduce your role and your organization

Tell us about your role and how you came to be involved in this project. Providing background on your role, how you were involved in the project, and your organization will help us better understand the solution and its significance.

Tip #2: What makes this Nintex Solution stand out from others?

The solution you’re nominating likely isn’t the only process you’ve transformed with Nintex in the past year. What makes it stand out from the others at your organization? Or to put it really simply – why are you most proud of this solution?

Tip #3: Be detailed

Include the technical details of your Nintex solution. This could be anything from other applications your Nintex Workflow connects to and how, desktop apps your Nintex RPA bot interacts with, or how you’ve used Nintex Promapp® to better document processes in third-party applications. If you worked with a Nintex Partner, be sure to include information about them, their role in this project and how they were critical to your success.

Tip #4: Provide metrics

The best advice for anyone writing a Nintex Solution Innovation Awards nomination is to provide metrics and quantifiable benefits for your solution. Read my blog post for some examples of good metrics to provide.

If you have any questions about the awards or nomination process, please let me know.
