Symptoms
I have an issue with the SharePoint content service. It is set to impersonation (and now also enforce impersonation) but doesn't return any data when I use the get list method. When I directly go to the library it shows the files. Permissions are given directly to the files in SharePoint by Active Directory groups.
Diagnoses
We set out to get a lot of logs, but in the end this issue resolved itself.
Resolution
For some reason it started to work again after the weekend. It is possible that the root cause was a broken domain controller which has been replaced just before this weekend, but we are not sure.
