Symptoms
Can someone take a look at my forms. It seems no matter what rules I put in there, it will not load rules I have when the form is loading. I can hang around for a little while if someone can get to me soon. If not, I can meet at 6 PM EST. Thanks.
Diagnoses
Rules on Form level were not responding in the correct manner. This was tested by having new items being submitted to the customers list and the issue was found to happen every time the form was loading.
Resolution
Awhile working with customer it was found that when the customer had rules injected into his form they were not reacting in the intended fashion. It was suggested to the customer to remove these rules from the form and instead have them placed into the forms respective view. Customer configured his rules in this manner which fixed the issue.
