Hello! Like the subject says, I need some assistance. Background: I have a form created with one Choice field/column. When a choice is seleted, another field should auto-populate the Date and the Time. Do you have any advice on how this can be accomplished?
How it will be used: When a person is calling a Call Center, I want to time stamp the start of a call and how long they've been on hold.
Any help/advice is greatly appreciated with this.

Hi,
At the present time you can only set the value of a Single lines of text control in a rule.
So instead of a date control use a Single lines of text control and have a rule that sets the current date and time when Start Call equals "Start"
I dont think you can capture seconds so I dont think this will be accurate enough for you.
