Users are reporting an issue where they are getting a visual indication that data is invalid when it is not, and the form is successfully submitted. For example, the user clicks Submit then sees this:
Despite the appearance of the boxes, no validation messages are shown at the top of the page, and form IS submitted successfully.
Is this a known issue and are there any workaround to prevent this from occurring?
