What is the impact to the SharePoint Farm when updating the Admin Password?

Nintex workflow are processed by the SharePoint Workflow engine, and can run under two processes.
In the first scenario, a new instance of the workflow is created it is then run under the IIS Worker process (W3WP.exe) using the SharePoint web application IIS application pool credentials.
In the second scenario, the workflow instance is attached to the SharePoint Timer job and runs under the SharePoint Timer service using the SharePoint system account credentials.
If either of the IIS Worker Process or SharePoint Timer service account uses the Admin account and the password changes, then it could temporarily stop workflows from running until the password is updated on these two services.
