Can customers create and publish a new workflow if they already exceed the Workflow subscription limit and what will be the effect?
The customer can create and publish a workflow as per normal.
Nintex monitors workflow usage and will contact the customer if the usage exceeds the subscription limit for more than 2 months.
Customers will be asked to reduce the number of workflows so that they are within their subscription limit or asked to purchase a subscription with a higher limit.
