For the Office 365 Query User Profile action in SharePoint online environment, what is the required account permissions and roles for the action to be able to query user profile successfully?
Answer
Currently it uses the UserProfileService Web service to get the user profile properties.
It does not depend on the permission on list/site/site collection, user must have at least access/view permission level to the tenant.
