Below are a few scenarios which require access to the Promapp.io domain
The following behaviours or scenario might be observed in Promapp when access to Promapp.io is being blocked:
Checklist Interface:
- Checklists are enabled and the User Interface is visible within Promapp but Checklist pages do not load on your work network. (However, it does when connected outside of work network e.g. mobile hotspot).
Workflow Automation:
- Automation functionality is present but cannot connect to Nintex Workflow Tenant
Process Editing:
- When trying to edit a process, you may encounter the error below:
Your request could not be completed at this time. It is possible your session has expired and you have been logged out. Please try logging in again in another tab and if the problem persists contact your Promaster. Click here to log in again in another tab before continuing.
Process Search:
- When trying to search for a process, you may encounter the error below:

Resolution:
To resolve any of the scenarios below please request your IT team add promapp.io to their network access control list (ACL).
