Insert Image in Email Body for "Send An Email" action in Nintex Workflow for Office 365.
Additional Information
- To be able to use an image in the email body for both Internal and External email services, the image has to be publicly accessible that does not require any credentials.
- An image stored under SharePoint Online tenancy or other media that required credentials to access cannot be used and it will only send either a blank email body or a symbol X as a replacement of the image that cannot be found.
- As a workaround, use the functionality of the email service "External email and attachments" and attach the image to the email rather than add the image in the email body.
