Relationships are processed in a chronological order. If you have a field tags that are referenced in your relationship is reliant on a relationship that is coming after, this will cause the value to not pull in.
Instructions
Make sure that the order of your relationship is in chronological order. (# field)
Additional Information
This only applies if the relationship was created in the classic interface. This should not apply if the relationship was created in LEDD.
