Like the subject said. Is anyone know how to track the delegation that we have done in K2 workspace portal (not OOF)? Thanks before.

I believe this was fixed in blackpearl 4.6.5 so that you could see delegations made in the Activity Instance Audit.
In the out of the box reports run in the process portal or k2 workspace run:
Process Overview>Process Instances>Your Process>Activity Name>Activity Instance Audit
You should see something along the lines of:
Worklist item "Activity Name" delegated from K2:denallixob to K2:denallixcodi>username of who delegated it">1/22/2014 4:29:25PM
