Hi I get an error with the following message


Authentication Failed : SEC_E_WRONG_PRINCIPAL


when i try to conenct to AD from k2 object browser in VS 2005


I have a distributed set up with


1. k2 on SERVER 1


2. Workspace on SERVER 1


3. MOSS 2007 SERVER 2


4. SQL 2005 on SERVER 3


5. SSRS on SERVER 4

Based on the error you are getting there can be a number of issues, here is what I found:


 


1.  Verify that you are using Windows Server 2003 Sp2 or R2


2.  Since you are on a distributed environment this can be caused by duplicate SPN entries, so checking your SPNs to see if there are duplicates would be a good idea.


 3.  Verify that the k2 service account is a local admin.


 4.  Verify that passwords have not changed which could be causing the issue as well.

I have the same problem  Authentication Failed : SEC_E_WRONG_PRINCIPAL


I think the issue is with the passwords [4]... how do you suggest i resolve this issue.
