How to release a worklist item when its opened by a member of group. is there any way to auto release if some one open the tast and closed without action completes.

Hello
You can use slots within your process, basically you will be able to release the task to multiple users or a group and they will be able to open and work on the task. You can set that maybe a task should only be competed when two people have actioned the task. Here is a document that you can read to understand how to use roles, slots and destinations in K2. There has also been similar post on the communty so you can also search and find different ways to use this approach.

If a user has opened the worklist item and the administrator or manager wish to release the worklist item from the current user, the worklist item can be Released by selecting the worklist item and clicking on the Release button. The worklist item will then be Available to the destinations users of the process.
