Hi,
I'm trying to create a form so the employees can book a pool corporate car. In the form they need to state their pickup and return date and select the car from a list.
I want the form to check the availability of the selected car for the selected period based on existing bookings (i.e. availability of the selected car on the calendar).
I tried to achieve this through Rules, but it seems to me that I can't set a rule to do this for me.
Can you please help me to get this done?

Hello, where would you get the dates of availability from? Assuming you'd need to check some calendar of all the dates that the car has already been booked.

We dont have data lookups in forms for Nintex Workflow Cloud yet. Where are you storing the data?
