Hi,

I've got a MS Azure server running K2 BLackpearl 4.6.9.

I have K2 Studio running on my local machine and I can connect the Smartobject Services Tester to my K2 Azure server and see all the server objects.

But when I try to connect K2 Studio, it fails.

I've checked all my option settings which seem to indicate that all is fine, ie no error. And even when I click the Test button to test the connection it suggests that everything is ok.

But in the bottom left status bas on K2 Studio it says that I am no connected to K2, and in the object explorer I cant see any server objects.

Anyone found a similar thing? Am I missing something?

thanks

Is the version of K2 blackpearl on Azure and your client machine on the same version?

If you use the "Change Server" option, how does the connection string look?

How does this compare to the connection string in the Smartobject Service Tester Tool?

Is it using a hostname vs fully qualified name "server01" vs "server01.cloudapp.net"?

Does it connect if instead of using Integrated, you manually specify the domain, label, username, and password?

Are you able to telnet to that FQDN and port successfully, i.e.:

"telnet server01.cloudapp.net 5555"
