actually i design the mail process using K2.NET 2003,that mail process can be configure with microsoft outlook.when i send the mail through outlook,then the k2 mail process can start the operation.this applciation hw i can do.pls tell me the K2.NET mail process how configure with microsoft outlook.

No, the Mail Event is not specifically for Outlook integration - it is for defining and setting up an email message (with To, Cc, Subject and Body Fields) to be sent through your SMTP server specified during configuration.
In order to start a workflow process when a message is either sent or received, you'll need to write custom code utilizing the relevant APIs (SourceCode.Workflow.Client) and have something like a Windows Service to interact with MS Outlook.
